So did you eat Mexican food? What made it mexican wrestling? Maybe I'm just a little dense here...
If you have ever seen mexican wrestling the participants all wear masks. Jo got me to dig out the green mask I scared her with as a kid. Hence Mexican Wrestling.
Have you ever seen the movie Nacho Libre? Your post makes me think of that.
